DA Unveils Ekurhuleni Ward Candidates, Promises a New Chapter for the Metro

‎The Democratic Alliance (DA) has unveiled its ward candidates for Ekurhuleni, declaring that the metro is ready for what the party describes as a “new chapter.”

‎DA Ekurhuleni Mayoral Candidate Khathutshelo Rasilingwane led the unveiling, presenting a team of ward candidates who the party says are prepared to stand up for their communities and work to improve service delivery.

‎The DA says its candidates are focused on being visible and accountable at community level, while addressing challenges affecting residents across Ekurhuleni.

‎Rasilingwane and the newly unveiled candidates will now campaign ahead of the upcoming local government elections, seeking to convince voters that the DA can provide stronger leadership and improve the delivery of municipal services.

‎The party has positioned its Ekurhuleni campaign around change, accountable governance and a commitment to putting residents and their communities at the centre of local government.

‎With political parties intensifying their preparations for the elections, Ekurhuleni is expected to become a key battleground as parties compete for control of the metropolitan municipality.

‎The DA says its newly unveiled ward candidates are ready to take on that challenge and deliver what residents deserve.
