‎Fikile Mbalula Joins Royal Family for Mathibela Cultural Day in Mpumalanga

‎ANC Secretary-General  has joined the Mokoena Royal Family and the Mathibela Traditional Authority for the annual Mathibela Cultural Day in Orkley, Mpumalanga.

‎

‎Mbalula honoured an invitation from the Mokoena Royal Family and the Mathibela Traditional Authority as the community gathered to celebrate its cultural heritage and traditions.

‎

‎According to the ANC, the event forms part of efforts to strengthen relations between the governing party and traditional leadership structures across South Africa.

‎

‎The ANC said it has consistently sought to foster strong ties with royal houses, highlighting the role of traditional communities in promoting social cohesion and preserving cultural heritage.

‎

‎The gathering also provides an opportunity for political and traditional leaders to engage with communities and reinforce the importance of working together to address challenges affecting traditional areas.
